| Some patients with rheumatoid arthritis complain of having sleep difficulties, yet few studies have focused on sleep problems. In this study, we will objectively measure peoples’ sleep during overnight stays at our research center. |

Who is Eligible ? |
| - Physical evaluation and interview |
- Adults ages 18 and older |
| - Five overnight sleep assessments with EEG sensors and blood draws |
- Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis |
| - Intravenous infusion of placebo or remicade (an FDA approved treatment for rheumatoid arthritis) |
