| Summary : Women’s Recovery after Breast Cancer Baseline Health Assessment |
| The purpose of the study is to obtain more information about psychological and biological recovery from breast cancer. In particular, it is designed to assess how changes in the body that occur after breast cancer may be related to fatigue, sleep, and thinking abilities. |
| Subjects will Receive : |

| - Receive $100.00 for your participation in this study |
|
| - A comprehensive evaluation of emotional well-being |
|
| - A physical exam |
|
| - Blood work |
|
| - Completion of self-report questionnaires including a medical history evaluation (which will be sent to you in advance) |
| -A series of cognitive tests, including tests of your memory, attention, and language and spatial skills |

| - Involves coming to UCLA for a one day visit |
