Education/Training : Fellowships
Here are some highlights in this section :
The Cousins Center Post-Graduate Training Program in Psychoneuroimmunology is supported by the National Institute of Mental Health and a private endowment in the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.
Career development of post-doctoral trainees in medicine and other advanced degrees (e.g., psychology, neuroscience, or immunology) is facilitated by
generating a close interaction of core faculty and trainees by way of sponsored lectures and seminars
supporting core laboratories in neuroendocrinology and immunology which give all trainees access and opportunity to have “hands-on” experience and training in basic laboratory skills
providing trainees, in conjunction with their mentor laboratory, the resources needed to carry-out their individual research projects by way of seed grants and other intramural mechanisms.
