The Clinical Immunology Research Laboratory Core was established for the PNI and fostered the UCLA Psychoneuroimmunology program and supported PNI work of UCLA faculty graduate students and post-doctoral fellows. This laboratory will now be subsumed into the BIN Core. Research Plans The rapid release of proinflammatory cytokines influenced by neural and neuroendocrine factors are being studied. Investigation of Yoga impact on PNI functions are being developed. We will consult on developments in the Biology, Immunology and Neuroendocrine (BIN) Core, directed by Steve Cole.
